Panel Cleaning
One annual cleaning for up to 20 panels to remove dirt and debris. For systems larger than 20 panels, an additional $15 per panel will be charged.
Note: additional charges may be incurred if the roof or location of the panels is hard to reach.
Two Additional Calls
Two additional service calls at your request are included. These are in addition to any warranty-related work.

(2) Non-Warranty Related Calls per Year
Sometimes critters take a bite out of your wires or acts of God wreak havoc on your roof. This doesn’t have to shock your budget. We’ll come out and check the wires, replacing them if necessary (additional costs may be necessary if the damage is severe).

Our service is an annual contract, billed monthly or annually (your choice) for your convenience. It will auto-renew every month until cancelled by you. If you choose to cancel the subscription after having your panels cleaned, the full remaining amount due for the year will charged. Our solar panel cleaning service includes a thorough cleaning using Solar Sheen, a high-quality, biodegradable cleaning solution specifically designed for solar panels. We use deionized or distilled water, soft-bristle brushes, non-abrasive sponges, squeegees, and low-pressure hoses to ensure a safe and effective clean.

For optimal performance, we recommend cleaning your solar panels at least once a year. However, if you live in a high-dust or pollen area, or if your panels are frequently exposed to bird droppings, additional cleanings may be beneficial.

No, as long as we have access to the solar panels and electrical components, you do not need to be present. We will provide a full report of our findings after the service. In some cases, if there are communication issues with the equipment, we may require access to your home wifi.

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive log-in credentials to your ESPV portal. From there, you can suggest a date for service that is convenient to you. We’ll then receive that request, check it with our schedule and then confirm it with you.
